(I really wanted homemade mashed potatoes, but we were out of potatoes so I made tater tots. I usually like them, but didn't like them so much tonight.)

*during the fasting period of the Alternate Day Diet people are allowed 500 calories and are believed to still get the benefits of fasting. With this in mind I tried having cream in my coffee. I only have about 120-240 calories worth. So, far I am losing weight even though I am having the cream in my coffee during my fasting period. Hopefully it will stay that way.
