I heart Kale

I found a way to cook Kale that has made it my new favorite vegetable. I bought some to try and get some leafy greens in my diet besides romaine lettuce. I cut it up, sprinkle olive oil on it and then bake it @ 425 for about 10 minutes, enough to make it a little crunchy but not wilt it. It's really good. It tastes like broccoli but better. I'm so thrilled to have found a way to make Kale delicious because it's has so many health and beauty benefits and is full of nutrition.

  1. Hi! Thanks for sharing your journey! Have you read Dr. Fuhrman's Eat to Live? He also is a huge supporter of kale because it is one of the most nutritionally dense foods. Anyway, I look forward to future posts!
